Deviled Eggs

*1 ½ hard boiled egg per person

**1 slice crisply fried bacon per person

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hardboiled and split in half *
  • 2-3 slices bacon, crisply fried **
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter, melted (optional)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Mash yolks and add crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, butter, salt & pepper and stir.

  2. If too stiff, add a small amount of mayonnaise or vinegar.

  3. Fill whites and sprinkle with paprika.
