Easy Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 small bag frozen Oreida hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Melt butter or margarine and pour over potatoes spread out in a 9 × 13 in. pan.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes, spreading evenly.

  3. Bake at 350° for 45 min.

  4. *You may add a corn flake crumb topping: Melt ½ stick of butter and add cornflake crumbs. Spread over top of all before baking.
