Lasagna—Quick & Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Mozzarella, sliced
  • Lasagna noodles

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.

  2. Saute onions.

  3. Add beef and Prego.

  4. Beat 3 eggs into the cottage cheese

  5. Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions.

  6. Slice mozzarella thinly.

  7. In a 9 × 12 in. pan, layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, and mozzarella three times.

  8. Bake at 350° for 30-45 min.
