Meatloaf

You can substitute Cream of Mushroom soup for tomato soup.

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Celery salt
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients by hand.

  2. Add a little milk if mixture seems dry.

  3. Place in a casserole dish.

  4. Top with remainder of soup and grated cheese.

  5. ok for one hour at 350.
