Parmesan Parsley Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts and thighs (boneless, skinless )
  • Italian dressing (Seven Seasons is best)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in dressing for at least 3 hours or up to overnight.

  2. In a gallon zip lock bag, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and paprika.

  3. Put each piece of chicken in bag and shake to coat.

  4. Drizzle extra dressing in bottom of 9 × 13 in. dish.

  5. Place coated chicken in dish.

  6. Bake at 350° for 45 min.
