peanut hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 cup peanuts, salted and shelled, extra for garnish
  • 3 tbsp peanut oil
  • 3 tbsp chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, 1 cup peanuts, oil, broth, lime juice, and pepper.

  2. Pulse until chunky smooth.

  3. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with paprika and crushed peanuts.

  4. Serve with flatbread.
