Mom’s Brisket

Ingredients

  • brisket
  • celery salt
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Sprinkle on both sides of the brisket and let set overnight. Wrap tight in foil and bake 1 hour per pound at 275°. One hour before it finishes, put barbecue sauce on the brisket and let it finish cooking.
