Mozzarella and Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic; minced
  • 1/8 tsp. of dried oregano
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a 9 × 13 dish. Cover with celery soup. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes; flipping chicken over at 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Combine the mushroom soup, water, onion, garlic, oregano and pour over top of cooked chicken. Top with cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes
