Nut Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 scallions
  • handful italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2-3 T. tahini
  • 2 T lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend until smooth.

  2. Blend less for a chunkier consistency, add water for creamy consistency.

  3. Use as you would any dip or roll up in a collard green or nori sheet with veggies and sprouts.
