Oven Fried Potatoes

Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 3 people

  • 6 medium-sized white potatoes
  • 3/4 C. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper


  1. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges, about an inch thick at widest part. Place on cookie sheet, drizzle with oil. Use hands to toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. “Fry” in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes, flipping once, until golden on edges and soft in the middle.
