Chocolate Ribbon Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces (1/2 of 8 ounce package) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (1/2 of 8 ounce tub) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 Oreo pie crust (6 ounces)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (4 serving size each) Jell-o Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 8 chocolate curls (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

  2. Gently stir in whipped topping.

  3. Spread onto bottom of crust.

  4. Pour 2 cups milk into large bowl.

  5. Add dry pudding mixes.

  6. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

  7. (Mixture will be thick.)

  8. Pour over cream cheese layer.

  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

  10. Top with chocolate curls just before serving.

  11. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
