Artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 4oz can green chilies
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Blend artichoke hearts, mayo and parmesan in food processor, stir in chilies

  3. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly @ 350

  4. Serve with pita chips or as a veggie dip.
