Baked Tilapia with Garlic and Lime

Ingredients

  • 4 6-8 oz tilapia fillets
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.

  2. Rinse fish and pat dry; place on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet wiht 1/4 tsp garlic salt and pepper to taste. Divide the butter pieces, lime zest, and juice evenly among the tops of the fillets. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
