Ingredients
- 3-4 medium potatoes (1#)
- 2 T olive oil or butter
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/8 t paprika
Directions

use PAM or grease a 9 × 9 × 2 baking pan

put potatoes in pan

combine oil & seasonings – drizzle over potatoes; tossing to coat

bake covered @ 325 degrees for 45 mins.

stir potatoes & bake uncovered for 10-15 mins.; until tender and brown on edges
