Country Vegetable Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package beef ramen noodles
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.

  2. In small saucepan, mix water, cornstarch and seasoning packet.

  3. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens.

  4. Brown beef and drain.

  5. Combine beef and vegetables.

  6. Add to gravy and serve over noodles.
