Ingredients
- 1 C butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 C oatmeal, powdered
- 2 C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 4 oz. milk chocolate, grated
- 1 1/2 C chopped nuts, optional
Directions

Cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and stir together. Mix into creamed mixture. Chill dough while preparing cookie sheets with foil and cleaning up. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees.

Can substitute M&Ms minis for chocolate chips. Recipe can be doubled.
