Orange Creme Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange sections
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute.

  3. Pour into tall tumblers & serve immediately.
