Lemon Syrup

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 1dsp Tataric Acid
  • 700gm Sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • 600ml boiling water

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and tartaric acid

  2. Squeeze the 3 lemons and add to the above

  3. Add the boiling water and stir until dissolved

  4. Add the skins and leave for several hours

  5. Drain into bottles when cold

  6. Mix newly made concentrate with cold water to taste
