Mediterranean Medley Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 c vegetables, chopped (carrots, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c basil leaves, torn
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients together.
