Roast Beef Hoagies

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 4lb roast ( we use elk)
  • 1 jar of porcini peppers

Directions

  1. Add peppers, roast and 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low 8 hours. Shred beef and serve on rolls or with grits and bisquits.
