Alouette French-Style Garlic and Herb Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 ounce) package Alouette Garlic and Herbs
  • 1 prepared 12 inch pizza crust
  • 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (2 ounce) can anchovies, drained (optional)
  • 6 to 8 pitted black olives, halved
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence (or 1/8 teaspoon each of dried parsley, rosemary, thyme, and basil)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread crust with the Alouette Garlic and Herbs.

  4. Arrange the onion, anchovies, if desired, olives, and tomatoes on the crust.

  5. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence, fresh thyme, if desired, and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
