Classic Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 slices Oscar Meyer Bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled and chopped
  • 4 plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Athenos Blue Cheese
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Special Collection Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  1. Toss avocado with lemon juice.

  2. Place in large salad bowl.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.

  4. Spoon onto salad plates.

  5. Drizzle with dressing.
