Greg’s Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil.

  2. Add peppers and garlic.

  3. Add pepper to taste.

  4. Add chicken broth and soy sauce.

  5. Simmer

  6. Add ginger powder and sugar.

  7. Simmer until sauce thickens.

  8. Serve on rice.
