Ice cream sandwich cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fudge frosting
  • 8 ounces cool whip, separated
  • 3.5 oz package chocolate instant pudding
  • 8 crushed oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 box (12) ice cream sandwiches

Directions

  1. warm up frosting. mix 1 cup of cool whip in frosting until blended. mix crushed cookies into frosting mixture. mix instant pudding into frosting mixture.

  2. use empty ice cream sandwich box crushed underneath foil. lay 24 inch strip of foil on counter.

  3. lay down first 4 ice cream sandwiches. spread on half of the frosting mixture. lay down 4 more ice cream sandwiches. spread remainder of frosting mixture. lay down final 4 ice cream sandwiches.

  4. use remaining cool whip to frost outside of cake.

  5. loosely wrap cake in foil and place in freezer.

  6. let freeze at least 2-4 hours
