Faux Cafe Rio Shredded Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 small zesty Italian Kraft dressing
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot on low for four hours (if chicken is frozen, cook on high).

  2. Shred chicken with a fork. Add more dressing if needs more liquid. Cook one hour longer.
