Mrs. Ringle’s Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 4 to 6 lb. brisket
  • 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
  • 4 to 5 new potatoes

Directions

  1. Place brisket fat side up in a crock pot. Do not add any water or liquid. Cover brisket with mustard and dry onion soup mix. Cook on low overnight.
