Linguine with Garlic and Oil

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound linguine or spaghetti

Directions

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil and salt it. Combine garlic, oil, and salt in small skillet over medium heat.

  2. When water boils, cook pasta until tender but firm. Drain. Reheat garlic and oil mixture. Dress pasta with sauce.
