Ritz Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed cooked white meat chicken (par boil about 15 minutes, cool, & cube)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp poppy seed (or use celery seed instead)
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, soup and poppy seed. Stir in chicken.

  2. Pour into a greased 8×8×2″ baking dish.

  3. Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.

  4. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
