Ingredients

  • 1 c unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 c packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c coarsely chopped pecans
  • 2/3 c white baking chips
  • 2/3 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Line 3-4 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar and sugar. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until well-blended. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir dry into wet, then stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Use 1/4 c cup measure to scoop dough; place on baking sheets, leaving at least 3" between cookies. Flatten gently into 3" rounds.

  4. Bake 10-14 minutes or until light golden brown around edges but still pale in center and slightly soft. Remove from oven; immediately slide parchment paper onto wire racks to cool.
