Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1/3 c rum
  • 7.25 oz finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • sugar
  • 1 c finely chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and add 1/2 c sugar and syrup. Remov from heat.

  2. Add rum, crumbs and nuts, mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll balls in sugar.

  3. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days before serving.
