Beef Provencale Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package beef ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef strips
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup water mixed with seasoning packet
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.

  2. Brown beef and drain.

  3. In small sauce pan heat margarine until golden brown.

  4. Add onion and cook until tender, discard onion.

  5. Stir in flour, over low heat, stirring until flour is brown.

  6. Remove from heat.

  7. Stir in water; heat to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

  8. Gently stir in tomato and garlic powder.

  9. Top noodles with beef and sauce.
