Easy Skillet Beef & Hash Browns

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups frozen diced potatoes (hash browns)
  • 3 slices process American cheese (3 oz)

Directions

  1. Medium skillet over medium-high heat

  2. cook beef until browned, stir to separate meat

  3. pour off fat

  4. Add soup, water, ketchup and Worcestershire.

  5. Heat to a boil

  6. Stir in potatoes.

  7. Reduce heat to medium-low

  8. Cover and cook 10 minutes until potatoes are done

  9. stir occasionally

  10. top with cheese
