Skillet Veggie Burritos

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 5 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1-lb) pkg. Green Giant Am. Mixtures Frozen corn, broccoli and red peppers
  • 1 (11-oz) can condensed nacho cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Shredded cheese
  • Lettuce and tomatoes
  • 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain

  2. Add vegetables, soup and salsa

  3. Mix well

  4. Reduce heat; cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally

  5. Spoon mixtures onto warmed tortillas; fold up bottom and overlap sides

  6. If desired serve with additional salsa

  7. TIP: Shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatores can be added before folding tortillas
