  • 1 lb ground pork or turkey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground mace
  • 1/4 tsp ground marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper


  1. Mix together well and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors settle in before cooking.
