  • 1 recipe bread dough/1 loaf frozen dough
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried onion (more or less to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp. dried garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. cubed ham
  • 2 c. cubed mozzarella cheese


  1. Divide dough into six equal pieces. Roll each out into long oval.

  2. Place 1/2 piece of dough on greased cookie sheet with the other 1/2 hanging over the edge.

  3. Place about 1/3 cup each cubed ham and mozzarella with 2 Tbsp. sauce in each dough oval. Fold dough over and seal the edges.

  4. Spread 1 Tbsp. sauce on top.

  5. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.
