Ingredients

  • Roast
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Green pepper
  • Garlic
  • Beef Bouillon

Directions

  1. Cut up meat

  2. put in skillet with 1/2 c water

  3. add a little oil, salt, garlic, and onion

  4. boil until meat is almost done

  5. Take out onion and garlic

  6. add carrots and potatoes (cut into small pieces)

  7. Cook until done (5-10 minutes)

  8. Add salsa – 2 tomatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, beef bouillon
