Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 fully cooked frozen breaded chicken breasts
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces) Hunt's diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
  • 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups hot cooked pasta
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Bake chicken breasts on baking sheet in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes; remove from oven.

  2. Top each breast with 1/3 cup of tomatoes; cover with 1 slice of cheese.

  3. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is melted.

  4. Toss pasta with remaining tomatoes.

  5. Serve chicken over pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
