Ingredients

  • One roll refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 1 lb. defrosted ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Unroll the pizza crust onto a jelly roll pan. Spread to fit pan, as well as you can. In large frying pan, cook ground beef, bacon and onions until beef is browned through. Drain. Add Velveeta and continue cooking on med-low until Velveeta is completely melted. Stir frequently.

  3. Spread beef mixture over pizza crust evenly. Roll up (using the long side) into a log. Flip over so seem is on bottom.

  4. Cook about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sliced pickles and your favorite condiments for dipping.

  5. You can also use bulk Italian Sausage fried with peppers and onions, and substitute Mozzarella Cheese. Or Philly Cheese Steaks with mushrooms and onions and provolone cheese. Chicken with red peppers and spicy jack cheese. The possibilities are endless. Just make sure to cook whatever meat you choose until no longer pink, or as well done as you prefer!
