Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 lb. (8oz) Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 pkg. (13.8oz) refrigerated pizza crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Farenheit.

  2. Cook beef, onions, & bacon, until browned.

  3. Drain and return to skillet.

  4. Add Velveeta. Stir frequently until melted.

  5. Cool for 10 minutes.

  6. Unroll pizza dough onto greased baking sheet.

  7. Press into 15×8 inch rectangle.

  8. Spread meat mixture evenly on crust.

  9. Roll up dough, starting at long side.

  10. Make sure the seam is facing down.

  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brwn.

  12. Cut diagonally into sixe slices and serve.
