Ranch Potatoes and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Ranch Potatoes
  • 4 slices process American cheese
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (cut up)
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen choppen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed and softened

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 and grease 2 quart casserole

  2. Layer uncooked Potatoes, American cheese, chicken and broccoli in casserole

  3. Mix boiling water, Sauce Mix and cream cheese

  4. Pour over broccoli

  5. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender

  6. Sprinkle with Topping

  7. Bake 3 minutes longer

  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
