Spaghetti with Olives and Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 3/4 c olive oil
  • 2/3 c seasoned dried bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 c mixed olives
  • 1/4 c parsley
  • 1/3 c Almesan

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, heat oil and add the bread crumbs and 1/4 t each salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, 2 minutes. Drain pasta, reserving 1 c pasta water. Stir bread crumbs and remaining ingredients with pasta.
