Whole Wheat Bread

Prep time: 120 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Serves 30 people

Ingredients

  • 7 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1 3/4 c soymilk
  • 1 c water
  • 2 1/2 t salt
  • 5 t yeast
  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 2 T vital wheat gluten

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and let rise until doubled, 1 hour. Punch down, divide into two loaved and place in loaf pans. Let rise another 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes uncovered then 20 mintues covered with foil. Cool on wire racks.
