Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c cornmeal
  • 1/2 c wheat germ
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 4 T sugar
  • 4 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c soymilk
  • 4 T canola oil
  • 3 t ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c water

Directions

  1. x wet and dry ingredients then add dry to wet. Mix just until moistened. Cook on griddle at 300-325.
