Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream melted
  • 2 box reg. size instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

  1. Combine Ritz, butter and sugar

  2. Put in 9 × 13 pan and save a little for topping

  3. Combine pudding and milk

  4. Add ice cream and mix well

  5. Put in cake pan

  6. Freeze for 1/2 hour

  7. Spread cool whip on top

  8. Freeze for 2 hours more

  9. Garnish with remaining crust mix
