Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguine (1/2 16 oz. pkg)
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare linguine according to package directions in 3qt. saucepan

  2. Add broccoli during last 4 minutes of cooking time

  3. Drain linguine and broccoli well in colander

  4. Heat butter in 10" skillet over medium high heat

  5. Add chicken and cook until well browned, stir often

  6. Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet

  7. Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling

  8. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese
