Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. angel flake coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 package Heath Bit's 'OBriclke candy (Almond Toffee Bits)
Directions

Heat oven to 350

Spray pan with nonstick oil

Whisk together the oil, eggs and vanilla in a large blowl

Add yellow cake mix, coconut, pecans an d Brickle bits

Stir with spoon until all combined

Drop cookies about 2 inches apart

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Cool on the pan about 2 minutes then remove to wire rack

Cool completely

Store in covered container
-
Makes about 4-1/2 dozen cookies
