Brown Jug’s Cheese Soup

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken boullion cubes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 10 oz. country style vegetables frozen
  • 3 diced potatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Bring to a boil the boullion cubes, celery, onion and water.

  2. Simmer for 20 minutes

  3. Add carrots, mixed vegetables and potatoes

  4. Cook for 30 minutes

  5. Mix Velveeta cheese, cream of chicken soup and Worcestershire sauce

  6. Add the previous mixture

  7. Freezes well
