Ingredients
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (1 package)
- 1 cup margarine (or butter)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 2/3s cup evaporated milk (not sweeten condensed)
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions

Put in a large heavy metal stock pot

Melt chips in butter

Alternately add the sugar and the milk a little at a time, stirring with wisk

Bring to boil, let boil 5-7 minutes

Take off heat, add vanilla
