Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) corn muffin mix
  • 8 ounce can cream corn
  • 8 ounce can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8 × 8-inch pan. Mix all ingredients except butter and pour into pan. Pour butter over top and bake 1 hour.
