Baked Ham with Pineapple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/2 smoked ham
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple (I used pineapple with Splenda)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (I used 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar)

Directions

  1. Place ham, fat side up on a large piece of aluminum foil in a shallow roasting pan. Wrap foil loosely around ham. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes per pound. Remove ham from oven 30 minutes before cooking time is up. Add remaining contents to 1 can crushed pineapple. Heat on stove, stirring constantly, until glaze is thick. Spoon glaze over ham and return to oven. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until glaze is bubbly, basting frequently. Slice and serve.
